Booking requests

Submitting the form or sending a WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only after we call or message you and agree the details and the quote.

Quotes

The quote we share depends on the cab, distance, duration and season. Tolls, parking, state taxes and night charges, where applicable, are explained to you before the trip.

Changes and cancellations

Please inform us as early as possible if your plans change. We will do our best to adjust the booking.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must not carry illegal or dangerous items, and must respect the driver and the vehicle. Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Delays

We plan every trip to be on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events beyond our control.
